Question: Hey, guys. I am having problem to put MOV files to my iPad and watch it on iPad. I've tried searching this up in forums but didn't have any luck with that. I can't seem to upload my QuickTime movies into iPad. They can be imported into my iTunes library but when I drag it to the iPad tab it says it cannot be copied because it cannot be played on the iPad.
May I know what could be the problem with my importing?
Answer: It could be caused by number of things. Before putting MOV movies to iPad, please read what specifications are supported by iPad. Below is for your reference.
* Support for 1024 by 768 pixels with Dock Connector to VGA Adapter; 576p and 480p with Apple Component AV Cable; 576i and 480i with Apple Composite AV Cable
* Motion JPEG (M-JPEG) up to 35 Mbps, 1280 by 720 pixels, 30 frames per second, audio in ulaw, PCM stereo audio in .avi file format.
If your MOV movies are not supported by iPad, it is recommended to convert MOV to iPad/iPad 2.
Another easy solution is to download iPad transfer. It can transfer any videos to iPad, even the video is not supported by iPad.(The iPad transfer will convert the videos to the iPad video format on the fly.)

If you have an iPad, you must want to transfer videos to Apple iPad for watching especially when you are going for a trip.
